Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and faith-driven individual to join our team as a School Secretary & Financial Manager. This dual role is integral to the smooth operation of our school and the stewardship of our financial resources.
Administrative Duties:- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage daily school office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate school communications, such as newsletters, bulletins, and event announcements.
- Maintain accurate student records and handle enrollment processes.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining the school calendar, and organizing events.
- Process tuition payments and track accounts receivable.
- Manage payroll, vendor payments, and other accounts payable functions.
- Collaborate with the principal and finance committee on budget planning and monitoring.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with diocesan financial guidelines.
- Assist in fundraising event management and tracking donations.

Staff Positions
Part-Time Custodian
Job Description:
The custodian will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of the school building and grounds. This individual will work closely with school administration and other custodial staff to create a welcoming and safe environment that supports the school’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and other common areas.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
- Ensure the safety of the premises by addressing any hazards or repair needs promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a clean and safe environment for all.
Substitute Teachers
Job Description:
The substitute teacher will provide classroom instruction based on lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, manage the classroom effectively, and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that aligns with the values and mission of the Catholic Church.
